Protection questions

Does OrderCtrl take a share of the fee?

No. The fee is added to the order in your store, so it’s paid to you like any other line on the order.

Who pays when a protected package is lost?

You do, using the money customers paid for protection. Your claim rules decide what protected orders get, like a replacement or a refund.

Is this insurance?

No. It’s a protection program you run: you set the fee and decide what you cover. If you want to call it insurance, check what that means where you sell.

What do I need to install?

The OrderCtrl plugin for WordPress, which adds the option to your checkout and keeps your settings in sync.
