Pricing questions
What counts as a credit?
One credit tracks one shipment. An order shipped in two boxes uses two credits. Refreshing tracking on a shipment you already have is free.
How are shipping labels paid for?
Use OrderCtrl’s label account and postage is paid with credits, with the price shown before you buy. Or connect your own Shippo or EasyPost account and the provider bills you directly. Either way, tracking the shipment uses one credit.
What happens if I run out?
New shipments still show up in OrderCtrl, but live carrier tracking pauses until you add credits. Paid plans can refill automatically when you run low.
Do you charge for package protection?
No. The protection fee your customers pay goes to your store, and OrderCtrl doesn’t take a share.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan includes 100 credits a month with every feature, so you can try OrderCtrl on real orders.
Does importing my order history use credits?
Only if you choose to fetch live tracking for past orders. OrderCtrl shows an estimate before the import starts.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades are prorated. You can downgrade once your remaining credits fit the smaller plan.
